We have developed this software to make Google rank checking and report creation very easy. Let's begin. When you launch the software you will see a screen with windows eight GUI. It has functions to create a project, load existing projects, generate reports etc. We will start with a new project. Click on new and you will be taken to this screen. Enter your comma separated URLs and keywords, one per line. Make sure you do not have any blank lines at the end or in between. Click next to select your search engines. We support all Google engines. Choose a file to save your project. Select your keywords and then the engines and click apply selected engine. Now when you click next, the software will check the rank of your keywords and store them in your selected path. The project will be loaded in the software after checking is complete. You will be shown a table with your ranks, changes and the chart. Now you can either setup auto-rank checking using the scheduler or update them manually. To setup the scheduler click on home button and then scheduler. Now click on this add button and select your project file. You can choose frequency of updates from here and then click on this button. After a project has been added remember to click on save button. You can also update your ranks manually from project panel. Click on view project button and you can see that your project has been loaded here. You can either select a keyword and update that keyword only or update all your keywords. Another nice feature about Rank dot watch is the snap track feature. You can take a snapshot of your rankings and display the chart to your friends or other webmasters. Just select the keyword you want to snap and click on this button. You will be given a URL which you can show to your friends.
