The Fields

Horror set in America during the Charles Manson trial of the 1970s in which a young boy makes a strange discovery. Steven (Joshua Ormond)'s parents are going through severe marital difficulties and it is decided that their son would be better off moving to live with his grandparents, Gladys (Cloris Leachman) and Hiney (Bev Appleton), for a while. Though he gets along with Gladys and Hiney well enough, Steven is haunted by the details he hears about the Manson murders and the possibility that some of those responsible may be allowed out of prison on parole.
