Summer Stars 2012 offers more than 18 different athletic and outdoor sports disciplines to test gamers of all abilities. Sports represented in a game that uses developer 49 Game's Winter Stars engine include: Triple Jump, Mountain Biking, Diving, and Sprinting. Summer Stars 2012 challenges gamers in both a full single-player Career mode which takes the player from learner to master of each discipline, and a multiplayer mode that allows up to three people to join in simultaneously using split screen locally. Featuring a host of venues and weather conditions in a range of well-known stadiums and arenas around the world. The game also also enables gamers to make full use of the console's specialised PlayStation Move to get even more of a full physical work out and gaming experience from any of the included sports.
